Digital loyalty cards for independent UK shops
The chains have an app. You have a jar of stamps.
Tenth puts your loyalty card where your customers already keep their bank cards. Nothing to download. Nothing to lose. And for the first time, you can see who actually came back.

They walk past. Their phone remembers you.
Nothing for you to send, schedule or write. Their phone decides whether to show it, so treat it as a bonus rather than something to count on.
Your tenth coffee is the cheapest customer you’ll ever get.
Winning someone new costs you a flyer, a discount, or a lucky walk-past. Getting a regular back through the door costs you a stamp. That is the entire case for a loyalty card.
So how is yours doing? Right now it is a stack of cardboard by the till and a hundred more in coat pockets. Nobody knows. That is the bit Tenth fixes.
01
They scan the code on your counter
One tap and the card is in their phone. No app, no email, no sign-up. They are done before the milk is steamed.
02
You stamp it at the till
Point any phone or tablet at their screen. Two seconds. Camera playing up? Staff type a short code instead.
03
They come back
It sits in their wallet with the stamps showing. Walk past your door and their phone can put it on the lock screen.
Nothing changes at the counter.
Ten stamps, one free flat white. Six cuts. Eight washes. Whatever your card says now is what Tenth says. No points. No tiers. No app. Your staff learn one thing: point this at their phone.
Then the part paper never could.
Every stamp is counted. So instead of a hunch, you get a number.
- How many new cards this week, and whether that is climbing.
- How many came back a second time. The only number that really matters.
- Which staff hand cards out, and which forget.
- Who has not been in for a while — measured against your shop’s own rhythm, not a generic thirty days.
- How many free coffees you owe, so none of them land as a surprise.
£29 a month for your shop.
Free to 30 customers
Everything. Both wallets, the full dashboard, unlimited stamps. No card, no countdown, no crippled trial version.
After your 30th customer
£29 a month, or £290 a year, which makes 2 months free. Unlimited customers. Unlimited staff. No setup fee, no contract, cancel from your dashboard.
More than one shop? Every branch after the first is £15 a month, they all share one card, and a customer who collects stamps at one can spend them at any of the others.
You do not pay a penny until 30 people are carrying your card. By then you will know whether it is earning its keep.
What everyone asks first.
Do my customers need an app?
No, and they never will. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are already on their phone.
Do I need one?
No. Any phone, tablet or laptop with a camera and a browser. If it can take a photo, it can stamp a card.
Do I need to buy anything?
Paper. Your counter card prints from your dashboard onto one sheet of A4, and A5 is exactly half a sheet, so it is a single straight cut. Slide it into any clear A5 stand and that is the whole installation.
How long until I am live?
Setup takes a few minutes: your shop name, what the card earns, how many stamps it takes. We check every shop by hand before it goes live, so the code on your counter always leads somewhere real.
Not a coffee shop?
Barbers, bakeries, nail bars, car washes, sandwich shops. Tenth learns your shop’s rhythm, so “hasn’t been in for a while” means six weeks for a barber and three days for a coffee shop.
Your next customer could be your first regular.
Set up in minutes. Print the card. Start stamping right away.
