What still needs writing
- Data processing agreement. The shop is the data controller for its customers’ data; Tenth is the processor. This has to be set out in writing, not assumed.
- Service description, availability and support expectations.
- Fees, billing and cancellation.
- Acceptable use. Shop-supplied logos and reward wording appear on passes issued under Tenth’s Google and Apple issuer accounts, so Tenth carries the policy risk for what a shop submits.
- What happens to issued cards if a shop leaves.
